Nutrellary: Kosovo mired in instability, Kurti and Osmani have the right to run in elections

A failure of the coalition to hope has named analyst Adri Nurellari the latest political situation in Kosovo with the Constitutional Court's decision leading the country to early elections.

Nurella points out that neither Albin Kurti nor Vjosa Osmani have the right to run in early elections. He says that without consensus the government cannot be created, and in the case of electing the president this consensus should be even greater.
