NISMA joins PDK? Billal Sheriff: We're in talks.

Social Democrat Initiative Secretary-General Bilal Sheriff has confirmed that Fatmir Limaj's party is in talks on possible joining the PDK in the extraordinary elections that imposed the Constitutional Court's decision on the unconstitutional of the Hoti Government.

However, the Sheriff has declared that NISMA, except for the PDK, has other options.

But according to him, he would personally prefer NISMA to compete with PDKA in the upcoming elections expected to be announced within a few days, following the Constitutional Court's decision.

I can't rule it out. But I can't even confirm it tonight. What I can confirm is that we are in negotiations. We've been in the negotiations, and the next few days we're going to clear it”, he said.

Mr. Limaj is in talks with some of the political parties, but I prefer PDK”, the Sheriff added further.

We remember that NISMA in the last elections, in a coalition with Behgjet Pacolli's AKR, has barely passed the election threshold.
