Mustafa session: March 2021 trial start, Special Switches to closed session

The specialised prosecutor said the process of extracting evidence in this case is going to a close and that they expect this pre-trial process to be completed very soon.

He said they should be ready for March next year to start the trial process against Mustaf.

“The process of extracting evidence is toward the end. The prosecutor aims to complete the pre-trial phase of the procedure by early next year and pass into the judicial phase as soon as possible. In view of this, we should all have it as the target date for the start of the trial sometime in March 2021,”, the prosecutor said.

Meanwhile, the session has already been closed to the media after naming names was announced.
