Mustafa: Albin Kurti, the bright propaganda, no referendum

Isa Mustafa of the LDK has said that Albin Kurti is doing propaganda when he is mentioning the referendum, especially after their victory in Podujevo, broadcast Periscopi.

Kurt's pretty good at propaganda, and that's pretty good. Referendum doesn't, much less in pandemic time. Not for 10 months of a municipality's government has a referendum, he said in a television show.
