MPJ suggests that Minister Haradinaj- Stubula was interested in the contents of a document by the Montenegrin Health Ministry, in which Kosovo appeared by banner.

“MPJD, through diplomatic channels, the logo was located not deliberately, as a mistake that quickly improved”, said the MPJ report.

In conversation with Minister Haradinaj- Stubula, Ambassador Dinosha said he was officially notified by the Montenegrin Ministry of Foreign Affairs that it is a technical error.

Montenegro's MPJ through an official phone call announced to me that it is a technical error that improved, and which public opinion has already been announced, said Ambassador Dinosha.

Kosovo's diplomacy chief, in turn, expresses Kosovo's commitment -- including the prime minister's Avdullah Hoti -- and U.d. Presidents Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu -- to intensify co-operation with Montenegro as one of the countries that has long recognised the reality and the state of Kosovo.
