(6 years ago)Infrastructure Minister Arba Abrashi has made a decision to remove all business advertising pans located on auto-roads, national and regional roads of the Republic of Kosovo. Also with that decision, all the consents that were issued earlier by the Ministry of Infrastructure are revoted. All favors issued by the ministry [...] are re-entered
Also with that decision, all the consents that were issued earlier by the Ministry of Infrastructure are revoted.
The “required all the consents issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure, for placing advertising pans on overpasses, bridges and tunnels on the auto-roads and regional and roads of the Republic of Kosovo, which are contrary to paragraph 1.1 and 1.6 of Article 6 of the No.10/2017 Administrative Guide for the deployment of a commercial pans”, the decision is said.
