Ehat Miftaraj from the Kosovo Institute for Justice, through a Facebook post, has said the Special Court is violating the Constitution of Kosovo with the failure to publish documents in Albanian.
The Special Court cannot win public confidence in Kosovo, where during the exercise of its mandate it violates the Constitution.
