The most powerful women on Forbes' 17th annual list come from 30 countries, and among them are 10 heads of state and 38 are from the business world.
It also lists billionaire Bill Gates' wife, Melinda Gates, television star Opreh Winfrey, Queen Elizabeth II, U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelos, New Zealand Prime Minister Yacinda Ardern, singer Rianna and Beyonce.
