The official Vienna plans to impose strict measures several days before Christmas, which would refer to restrictions on entering the country during holidays.
According to the newspaper “ron Zeitung”, these measures especially affect people who want to travel to high-risk “zones like the Balkans and Turkey during holidays.
All those travelling must be in quarantine for ten days after returning to Austria. The measures, they say, will be valid by January 10th and will be implemented for all countries that will have a seven-day rate in the number of patients higher than 100 per 100,000.
