After speaking on behalf of the Commission for Legislation, LDK deputy wanted to speak also as deputy, but it was not allowed by Constitutional Court Chairman Arta Rama Hajrizi.
Manaj later added that his assessment, given at the Commission's meetings, is that an MP loses his mandate only if he is sentenced to prison during that mandate, which according to him is not the case with Arifi.
