Full response:
For the sake of truth, the Kosovo Post General Board of Directors has raised no one's salary, nor high officials.
But, which has found a state of impunity from the former Acting Board until October 1, 2020, with motives they know had broken the hierarchy of legal and accounting responsibility, bringing down the compensation of high officials under their subordinate salaries.
The Post's Interim Board, under the reduction of expenditures, has planned the new level of cofficients, ranging from the top 17 degrees to the 1 degree field worker.
Therefore, the Kosovo Post's Interim Board has had no opportunity to start implementing and new business level Plan for 2021 without returning the order where the superior is paid more than dependence.
The board, in the next meeting, will approve the Business Plan 2021 and 2023 and will reduce staff spending according to standards, practices and responsibility from senior officials 17 to 1st degree. Landing of salaries will take effect from 1 January 2021.
Media headlines with trends and to satisfy the ego of several groups that have lost privileges do not influence the work and decisions of the Kosovo Post's Interim Board of Directors and Management.
We're focused on both the Bord and the management of the company to overcome business terms at this time of pandemic, to expand services for Kosovo's clients and citizens.
