Mahmut: Serbia's own Secret Service chief said the killings at “Panda” made the Red Berets to Ulemek Legias

Former KLA political representative Bradhyl Mahmut says Serbia's top Secret Service chief, Rador Markovici, himself was the one who first shed light on the crime in victory “Panda” in Pec. “Markovic discovered that the Red Berets, led by Ulemek Legian, were those who carried out the execution of young Serbs in the Peja victory. [...]

<x) Vuk Draskovqi, who was then deputy prime minister and foreign minister, was involved in the debate, who says the decision on the Panda victory decision had been taken by Milosevic's Strategic Staff. This strategic headquarters through this act had two objectives: The NLA was presented as a terrorist organisation that kills innocent civilians and arouses hatred against Albanians”, Bardhil Mahmut showed in a video connection at “Debat Plus”

Mahmut says that after that the massacre Serbs and Montenegrins were mobilised in the war against Albanians, and also says that, internationally, the event had a negative echo in relation to Albanians.

Former political representative of The KLA says the event was dawned too late, but according to him with the beginning of the process at the Special Court no one in Serbia wants to reveal the perpetrators of this work.
