Although negotiations and meetings between the parties have begun, the party led by Enver Hoxhaj has yet to make a concrete offer, while Chairman of the Initiative Fatmir Limaj has answered partly in Periscopi's question of whether they are being rejected by the PDK) for the coalition. [...]
Initiative head Fatmir Limaj said he already remains The PDK's taking the next step, whether to accept it or not to compete in elections on a joint list, will otherwise compete alone.
We have offered or expressed readiness to negotiate with the PDK to find ways to co-operate. This moment the unity of patriotic forces for the protection of values. In this direction the Initiative is open and ready to co-ordinate with all parties that have patriotic spirit. The initiative is ready for a pre-election coalition and we think it's now the country's interest. We have to leave our interests behind and find our way to partnership... We have begun negotiations, we have met, we have no concrete offer, as you say, and it remains. The PDK will take its step if it is willing to join these forces in the direction of what I said, if not the Initiative will continue and will not waver in the protection of values”, he said, writes Periscopi.
Among other things, Limaj was asked by Periscopi columnist whether he is being refused by the PDK for achieving a pre-election coalition, but, he said the initiative would continue even if it fails to reach a coalition with the PDK.
In addition, Limaj addressed the charges against them, as Yugoslavia's neo-titists and nostalgics said.
The inside is opposed by those who do not know and have not recognised the state, and say it lived better 20 years ago. For me 20 years ago was Serbia, Kosovo is free more than 20 years ago. Those who say that I call neo-titists and the Yugoslavs of the old system”, he said.
Limaj made these comments after a visit to OVL- The KLA in honor of Veterans' Day, where it was hosted by the leaders of this organisation. OVL-KLA Chairman Faton Klinkaku's task leader said that due to the pandemic on this day of the veteran, they will only pay tribute./Periscopi/
