This following the Constitutional decision that the Hoti Government has been elected fairly.
LDK Vice Chairman Haki Rugova has indicated to Periscope that there is no information at the LDK's helm whether Vjosa Osmani has sent any invitation, but he is personally not notified of that.
“I haven't received any invitation from President Vjosa Osmani's U.S., the invitation can certainly take him to the helm, I'm not there, at the moment I have no more” information, Rugova told Periscope.
After consulting with political subjects, the date of the elections is expected to be announced, no less than 40 days from under Article 95 of the Kosovo Constitution.
The Constitutional Court last night has ruled in favour of the Vetevendosje Movement's request about the validity of MP Ethem Arifi's vote for the selection of Hoti Government, with which the country will officially head towards early new elections. /Periscope.
