The Democratic League of Kosovo is ready to give its votes in the Assembly for electing the president, but ahead of all must be agreement between parliamentary political parties.
To reach an agreement, all must sit together at a table, Arban Abrashi, secretary in the LDK, has said.
He said such an agreement should be seized urgently because the state entered a constitutional and legal uncertainty.
“LDK Chairman Isa Mustafa is in constant contact with political party leaders, and I believe he appreciates himself when it's time for a table or when there are reasons for electing the president. What we can say as the LDK is that we are aiming for such an agreement or any decision to get as early as possible so that if there is a decision, to announce elections to organise and certify during the mandate of the president's deceiver and not exceed that deadline, because as a state, we enter into both constitutional and legal uncertainty”.
Our “Calculations are that it should happen as soon as possible in January to elect the president so we don't get near February. Therefore, we are aiming to have a table to find a solution. Even if it takes a choice, then we go after them”, he said Abrashi about EO.
