The hearing has begun against OVL-KLA deputy chairman in the Specialised Chambers in The Hague.
Haradinaj's lawyer says that today at the end of the day he will present opposition to the detention.
Gucat's “Avokat in his detention opposition has requested a hearing and I will join this session. I too will make a statement at the end of today's”, Haradinaj's lawyer said.
On 25 September, Gucati and Haradinaj were arrested as suspects by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, with the support of EULEX and Kosovo police and transferred to the detention facility of Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague.
Haradinaj's first appearance as a suspect was held on 29 September, and Gucati's first appearance as a suspect was held on October 1st, while following confirmation of the indictment now begins phase of the preliminary procedure in their case, starting with their first presentations.
