Lajcak said to the EU Foreign Policy Committee, on the 25th anniversary of the Dayton Agreement, that the Kosovo- Serbia must lead to a comprehensive <x0) agreement that will solve all existing problems once and for all”.
He estimated that, in the current negotiations “, full progress has been achieved in resolving the issue of the missing”, while noting that normalising relations between Serbia and Kosovo and the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina are two key issues in the Western Balkans.
