Kuci for granting licenses to two hydropower plants: Somehow I'm convinced it's the right decision.

Economy and Environment Minister Blerim Kuci has argued on granting long-term licenses (40 years) for the company's production of electricity, “Kelkos Energy” for hydropower plant “Decani” and hydropower plant “Belaya”.
