But who is Kreshnik Gashi?
Kreshnik Gashi has held high institutional positions in the public sector. Early in 2016, he was chairman of the Board of Electronic and Post Communications Regulatory Authority, during which time Kosovo received the 383 telephone code from the International Communications Union. He has led the professional technical team in Brussels' dialogue.
Before being elected at the helm of the ARKEP board, he was secretary-general at the Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Earlier, he was deputy director general of the Civil Aviation Authority, and earlier led the government's permanent commission for aviation safety investigations near the Office of the Prime Minister.
There is experience in counseling for intergovernmental commissions in analysis and projects of private sector participation in public. He has worked as a local governance expert on EU projects, and is trained for local governance. He managed some private projects in the field of information technology.
It has attended many international forums, conferences and meetings, such as the first meeting of youth leaders of Kosovo and Serbia, organised by the US State Department and the American Institute for Peace, participants in the European and Asian Youth Forum, etc.
He has completed his studies at the Faculty of Electric and Computer Engineering at the University of Pristina and has bewitched at the Cranfield University in the United Kingdom.
