More remarkable than that, never before had the government been led by the three prime ministers within a year.

That happened in 2020.

The beginning of the year in the office found Ramush Haradinaj carrying out the prime minister's post, as he had resigned irrevocable since July 19th of the year.

Kosovars were moving prematurely towards ballot boxes once again.

The elections were held.

On October 6th, 2019, the score won the Vetevendosje Movement.

Its negotiations with the Democratic League of Kosovo were extending its position to Haradinaj at the top of the executive, not being vigorous.

The winter season had passed, and spring was standing on a leg to clothe nature with beery.

March knock!

“Ngriks” between Albin Kurti and Isa Mustaf are melting.

After nearly five months of talks, the Vetevendosje Movement and LDK found common language.

Their agreement was reached.

Albin Kurti was elected prime minister.

He took office by Behgjet Pacolli as the first deputy prime minister in the previous government, as Haradinaj s '%s' had shot the country that day.

Work started.

But what was learned was co-governance with the LDK beyond a mandate that was likely to happen. Not two mandates (4+4), but neither before two months were made, they were killed.

The LDK initiated the no-confidence motion on the government, which was part of it, as Kurti had fired Agim Veliun without warning from the position of Interior Minister.

A “was certainly” that he said in the question “do you support the announcement of the state of emergency?” in which Hashim Thaci was insisting as president of Kosovo was unaware of Kurti.

Despite calls from the partner that the Government would not fall into the middle of confronting the pandemic, Kurti sım was replaying his decision.

The Assembly met on March 25th after calling the motion.

Along with the PDK, the AAK, the Initiative and other LDK parties brought Kurti down with over two of the three acts of MPs.

82 votes against, moves Kurtin from “to Prime Minister” to “incumbent prime minister”.

After just 52 days, the cycle was repeating itself.

It belonged to the LDK as the second to keep the dung from forming the majority to create new institutions.

Agreeability was found faster than Vetevendosje. The AAK, the Serbian Initiative and List agreed to become part of the executive.

The LDK's Avdullah Hoti was their joint nominated for prime minister. He was seeking the deputies' confidence to become the fifth prime minister of independent Kosovo.

Hashim Thaci as president issued the decree. Hoti did not hesitate as did Kurti, whose deputy was in the government of “Hope Coalition”.

He accepted it.

The Assembly was called.

Kosovo's new government, which by vote was voted into office, numbering only 61.

Even here, it was not the prime minister who was giving up his position to the successor. This is where the deputy prime minister did it.

Albin Kurti had refused to give up the post Avdullah Hoti, claiming he could do so to someone who had downloaded it himself.

Hoti got “ ” task.

Upon coming to the office, he acted, removing reciprocity with Serbia, which had become an issue for the negotiations.

After about 20 months of suspension of this process, Hoti was invited to Brussels, where the meeting with the Serbian side took place.

For 201 days he exercised this position, making decisions and signing agreements. Most important September 4th, U.S.A.

Once six months in charge of the government, Hoti was told by the Constitutional Court of Kosovo that he has been elected prime minister on 3 June.

MP Etem Arifi's vote was declared invalid because there was an almighty court ruling on him for prison sentences. That was before the elections were held.

The Constitutional Act stressed that the Hoti Government is in office government, urging them to hold extraordinary new elections in the 40-day term by their announcement.

On December 21st, Hoti remained prime minister in office. He, after Haradinaj and Kurti, is the third to carry this epithet in 2020.

But somewhere in the world was beyond that.

In 2020 it was Iraq that changed three prime ministers within 10 weeks. Klan Kosova/
