It is now known that the violence phenomenon in Kosovo families has marked growth this year as a result of the closure due to the David-19 pandemic, the number of divorces has marked decline, transmits albinfo.ch.ch.
Based on nine-month data from the Kosovo Statistics Agency (ASK), over 100 married couples have ended their marriage.
From January to September of this year, 157 Kosovar couples have ended their marriage.
A year ago, the divorce rate was higher. According to ASK data, in 2019, marriage had ended 722 couples.
According to experts in these areas, unemployment and a serious economic situation is said to be a major factor in divorce
On the other hand, psychologists say that the greatest consequences of a husband and wife's separation suffer from the couple's children.
