Kosovo hospitals are expected to be equipped with oxygen tanks. This is how SHSKUK director Valbon Krasniqi's task manager through a Facebook status has revealed to me.
He has said that oxygen reservoirs are long-term solutions for Kosovo hospitals, while suggesting that next week the Gjilan Hospital will be made with oxygen tanks, continuing with other hospitals.
This is his full announcement:
Oxygen reserves - long-term solutions to Kosovo Hospitals.
It's now been a year since the world has been facing COVID pandemic
Kosovo, despite limited capacities, with small numbers of health professionals and infrastructure away from desired standards, is successfully facing this pandemic.
One of the biggest challenges during this pandemic, not only for Kosovo but for other states, the oxygen supply problem is coming to an end. Very soon Kosovo hospitals will be equipped with oxygen reserves.
Gjilan, from next week, will be given a reservation, then continuing with Gjakova, Peja, and so on at all hospitals. Health professionals will have the easiest job, and patients amicable security. The virus is still present, so we still need respect for the masses.
Just together, we can make it. Together, our success is guaranteed.
