Former Klokot Mayor and Others Blamed for Misusing Official Task

In this case, the owner of N Company has been found guilty of misusing official duty. T. P “Metatal”, Elbasan Alidema.

The chairman of the court, Judge Islam Thaci, accused Sasa Mirkovovic of the first exhibition device, has sentenced him to prison terms during the 180-day term.

Other indictees Zecir Selimi, Strahinja Stevic and Nebahate Pira, Judge Thaci has pronounced them jail terms of 90 days long term, while accused Elbasan Alidema has been sentenced to prison for 180 days.

The accused will be held in prison after the indictment becomes powerful.

Judge Thaci has forced the accused to pay the Klokot municipality the amount of two thousand and 740 euros and 20 cents, in the 15-day term from the day of the plea, reports the “Justice Vought”.

At the same time, the accused will each separately pay the expenses of the court procedure at more than 50 euros, as well as the same will pay 50 euros for other victims as well.

Otherwise, the Constitutional Court in Gjilan, on April 15, 2019, in the absence of evidence, had acquitted them of abuse of office, former head of the Klokot municipality, Sasa Mirkoviq, the three officials of this municipality, Zeqir Selimi, Strahinja Steviq, Nebahate Pirar, as well as the owner of the company <x0Metal”, Elbasan Alidema.

Disgusted with this foundation decision, the complaint with the Court of Appeals had been exercised by the Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan.

The Court of Appeals has approved the prosecution's complaint and the subject in question has turned it into retrial.

According to Appeals, the first degree act was taken on the basis of essential violations of the penal procedure provisions, because the device is in contradiction with arguments drawn at the court hearing and writing of the subject, until there is no reason for the facts that have been shown in the subject, while the reasons have been given in a vague manner and in the known counter-conception, of which the actual find has remained incorrectly confirmed, as indicated in the prosecution's complaint.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, has filed an indictment on December 22, 2015, against former head of the Klokot municipality, Sasa Mirkovic, who is accused of criminal work “of misusing official task”.

According to the indictment, Mirkovic in December 2012, in the quality of mayor has allowed contract signing for business with the company NTP “Metatal” for office inventory, which had never reached municipality objects.

Meanwhile, Zecir Selimi, Strahinja Steviq and Nebahate Piri are charged with having the commission's admission of the municipality inventory, signed the fulfillment of the contract, even though this had not been completed, all in order for the Ministry of Management of Local Power (MAPL) to pay for the contract to buy inventory from the NTP “metali <62>, with what the Klokot municipality is damaged in value of 29,330 euros.

While defendant Elbasan Alidema is accused of running the firm N. T.P. “Metatal”, with the aim of profit, has caused damage to the Klocott municipality.

Always according to the indictment, the same contract on December 17, 2012, even though it had not been sent to the inventory municipality, drafting the bills, as if the December 5, 2012, contract has been fulfilled in the tender under the CI60 12025 121 competition, which, in turn, is paid by the Kllokot Community, worth 29,330 euros.
