He claimed Kurir that some 3,500 soldiers from 27 countries are currently engaged in that mission, of which 19 are NATO members and eight are allies partners, Danas writes.
“KFOR is successfully fulfilling its task, for which the Alliance and our partners have merited. KFOR's mission has contributed and helped make Kosovo a safer place for 21 years”, the Italian general said.
He estimated that KFOR had established excellent and effective communication with Serbs as the largest minority in Kosovo, as well as a communications “good official” with the Serbian Army.
