Hyseni said they have seriously tried to address the topics in the dialogue, but that, according to him, this effort was missed by the Serbian side.
“Today despite the very serious efforts of the Kosovo delegation to continue addressing the subject of the pension cadastre under the topic of financial and property claims, no progress has been achieved. Still attitudes are apart, there is no approach. Even today we remain in the same positions we had on November 29th, the parties and the mediator have agreed that around these specific elements will continue talks after New Year's '%s', Hyseni said.
He denounced Petkov as talking at this meeting about the Association of Serb majority municipalities. Hyseni also spoke [of the September 4th agreement in Washington, as he said he believes the Biden administration will also stand behind this agreement.
I do not expect any radical change, because Kosovo is blessed that it has had the unequivocal support of parties in the US, whether of Democrats or Republicans. I was earlier in the US and Kosovo is assured that it will have US support. I see no possibility that the new administration will give up the September 4th agreement. Prime Minister Hoti” confirmed this days ago, Hyseni said.
At today's expert meeting, the topic of discussion was cadastre and financial claims.
