National Co-ordinator for dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, Skender Hyseni, has said no progressive step has yet been taken.

According to Hyseni, who is located in Brussels, the talks are expected to be fruitful after the holiday season.

While very important is the fact that parties have set the agenda of discussions and will not deviate from the agreement signed at the White House.

Hyseni said that on the issue of the missing, there is an agreement between the two institutions of Kosovo and Serbia to proceed with research.

He stressed that there has been no discussion of association so far.

“Today despite the very serious efforts of the Kosovo delegation to continue treatment of cadastre and pension themes, within the theme of financial and property claims, no progress has been achieved, attitudes are still far apart. There is no approach from the last meeting on November 29th. Even today, we are in the same positions. The parties and mediator have agreed, about these specific elements of the general agreement to continue talks after the new year. The exercise has not been discussed so far. Un finders have a preliminary agreement, institutions in both countries co-operate in dawning the fate of the undiscovered”, he said.

Hyseni further stressed that Kosovo will again have US support.

“I was in the US, now after the elections and the many conversations I've had with both camps, Kosovo makes sure that American support will be powerful”, he concluded.
