Hoxhaj: VV to extend the invitation and move the country into early elections

While Ramush Haradinaj has announced his candidacy to be Kosovo president, the Democratic Party of Kosovo has flatly rejected his candidacy. That is because, according to Enver Hoxhaj, is not the proper president for Kosovo.
