Candidate of The PDK for future Kosovo prime minister, Enver Hoxhaj, accompanied by Deputy Chairman Xhavit Haliti and Secretary Daman Ismaili, are hosted at the meeting by Albanian President Ilir Meta.
At a meeting with President Ilir Meta, PDK leaders have discussed recent political developments in Kosovo and the region, as well as the 2020 challenges in confronting the pandemic and the economy.
President Meta congratulated incumbent PDK chairman for running for future Kosovo prime minister and assured him of Albania's overall support for Kosovo
Candidate of PDK for prime minister, Enver Hoxhaj has thanked the Albanian president for his permanent support for Kosovo, while stressing the need to deepen co-operation for unifying national positions in the face of the dangers and challenges of the Albanian political and economic recovery.
“The PDK must lead with the future government, to halt the degradation of governance and threats that pose a danger to the dissolution of the Kosovo state”, Hoxhaj said.
Header The PDK also said 2021 should be the year of economic and political recovery for Albanians, to strengthen co-operation, and to deal with the major health and economic challenges that have hit Kosovo, Albania and the whole world in 2020.
