The statements that our northern neighbour will not recognise Kosovo's independence do not contribute to dialogue. Dialogue has resumed on clear principles for final agreements on normalisation of relations and mutual recognition, and there will be no partial agreement. If there is no mutual recognition, then there will be no agreement either.
Prime Minister Hoti has said that Kosovo will continue the path towards the European Union.
