In this case, Zemaj said there would be no closure, as did other states, but that citizens should be careful during the holidays.

“We have increased capacities in terms of increasing the number of inspectors. There are over 95 inspectors now. All who have arrived and come are known to come from high - risk countries. Kosovo does not have the decision to close and we want to keep the situation under control. We extend an invitation to all citizens not to contribute to the hospital overload that today is still the largest”, he said.

The minister said all Kosovars living in other states do not need a PCR test. However, he said there will be more inspections.

By seeing that these days we have the flow of the coming of fellow countrymen we must be careful, the measures should be rigorously monitored even at the border points. We do not dare fail to have any link of surveillance fail all of us, he added.
