He has said that at the meeting they have discussed the actual challenges of this area, citing the engagement of unemployed specialists.
According to Zemaj, representatives of the Austrian Medical Association stated that the medical framework in Austria is highly appreciated and requested, so they provided specialisations and subservations for areas missing in our institutions.

Austria's Oda of Doctors, led by Presideni, Prof. Dr. Thomas Szekeres, and HR Doz. Dr. Lucas Stärcer, were my hosts and Dr. Lulu Raka, during our official visit.
At the meeting, we discussed the current health challenges, welcome co-operation among our health professionals with Austrians, to exchange experience, expertise and the skills of the framework with study and professional visits.
I stressed our actions about the engagement of unemployed specialists, 1,500 new specialists, as well as planning the medical framework must be consistent. I stressed that for the first time, we will also adopt the subscientisation programme for deficit fields.
Representatives of the Austrian Medical House suggested that the medical framework in Austria is highly appreciated and requested, so they kindly offered us specializations and subservations for areas missing in our institutions.
I invited Oda of Austria's doctors to come to Kosovo for a visit and deepening co-operation, not only with the Kosovo Medical Association but also with the Faculty of Medicine and SKKUK, to harmonise further our needs in the field of specialisation.
Austria's Oda of Doctors has 47,224 doctors, an average of 5.3 doctors per 1,000 inhabitants, in its midst. The average that we can actually only imagine.
