I've witnessed the loss of the lives of citizens from this monstrous virus. A person's life is more valuable than any other project in our institutions. Therefore, I consider that health will be treated forever. No charity, no help from the state budget surplus. We have professional staff with exemplary will knowledge. They only need conditions in order, and merit respect in accordance with their mission. This respect is not given with second-hand treatment doses in our state”, he adds.
