The parliamentary debate by Kosovo's Parliamentary Assembly MPs has ended on persons with special needs.
Annie, why have all day discussed, the people's elected have not been able to vote at the end of the debate's initial resolution, MP Fetah Rudi. Since, only thirty MPs have been in the hall, this has been unable to cast a ballot at today's session.
The chairman of the session, Arberie Nagavci, indicated that the same would be put to the polls tomorrow, following the extraordinary session for the bill's vote on economic recovery.
“In the absence of a vote quorum tomorrow after the end of the extraordinary session will immediately be put to the polls, even this draft resolution”, she said.
