Former Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani has commented on the Constitutional decision to vote MP Eem Arifi.
In professional terms, the decision is very strange. This decision prohibits any candidacy if he has been sentenced in the last three years”, Dukajini RTV said.
Hasan says it is not true what the Constitution says in relation to the Venice Commission. According to him, this commission has never ascertained what the Constitution is saying.
The Constitutional Court has issued condemned decisions. Only the Criminal Court can do that.
