Former Prime Minister Haradinaj in an interview that is being broadcast on his official page on yetbook, has talked about the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
He has pointed to the Berlin Summit background and the huge pressure to lift the 100 % tax on Serbia.
However, Haradinaj says that if the tax was maintained by 4 September, when the Washington meeting was also held under the mediation of Donald Trump's administration, then, according to him, the 10th point would not be lifted, asking Serbia to recognise Kosovo's independence.
“If we were to save the tax by 4 September, then the 10th point would be removed”, Haradinaj said.
Haradinaj has also talked about his reports to Americans, saying there are very good reports and that in his communication, he has never lied.
