Human rights activist Fjolla Raraci was the one who published the Facebook abuse video. There are some youths in that video laughing at their son, cigarette dealers, putting his hands on a table inside a bar.
The video shows that after burning their hands, the boy selling cigarettes is no help. That's where all voices are heard laughing.
In her post, Raracy apologises to Faton for the ridicule and burning of the hands of others.
Kosovo police have confirmed for TIME that persons involved in this event are being interviewed. Police spokeswoman for the region of Pristina Flora Ahmeti has said details will be published after the initial phase of the investigation is completed.
