The government of Kosovo has filed a complaint, demanding that their complaint be approved, or rejected as unequivocal for former KP director Rashit Qalajt.
Among the demands in the Hoti Government complaint is the expulsion of Judge Saranda Bogay-Segremet, demanding that the subject be shared by another judge.
The “Justice Vow” has secured the complaint of the Government Hoti, where it requires the College of the Court of Appeals of Kosovo to approve as based on the complaint exercised by the authorised representative of the opponent of the proposal, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo -- the Office of the Prime Minister, or to establish that the act of engagement is involved in substantial violations of the contextal procedure provisions.
A complaint has been requested by the Kosovo Court of Appeals' college to change the struck act, or to reject the request of security proposor Rashit Qalajt, former Kosovo Police Director.
According to the government's complaint, Hoti, on the alternative of these has sought to derail the struck act, turn the case into a first-instance court, or exclude Judge Saranda Bogay-Shempeti, demanding that the subject be divided into another judge.
Otherwise, on December 3rd, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has made the decision that it has banned the Kosovo government from continuing procedures for the election of Kosovo Police Director General.
Such a ruling, the court has taken it since it has approved it as basing the proposal for the appointment of the security measure that was proposed by former Police Director Rashit Qalaj, reports “Justice Vowing”.

Former Police Director Rashit Qalaj, on November 24, 2020, had asked the court to appoint security measures so that the government would be prevented from continuing with recruiting procedures for the position of Kosovo Police Director General.
This, according to Qalajt, has been the decision to dismiss him from the police director's position.
Qalaj's request had opposed the government, which had stressed that the legal conditions for determining security measures have not been met in this case.
