The Vetevendosje movement had submitted to the Constitutional Court the request for “unconstitutional turnout and voting” by MP Etem Arifi at the session for the government vote, Hoti.

And today, it was reported that the Constitution according to Gazeta Express sources has issued the case for the VV complaint.

Under this indictment, the country is expected to go to the polls within 40 days, since the Constitutional Court has registered that the MP's vote, Etem Arifi, pro-creating the Hoti Government, has been invalid.

Kadri Kryeziu, former judge at the Constitutional Court, has declared that if former President Etem Arifi's vote is declared invalid, then the Vetevendosje Movement will come to the top of the country.

If the Constitution estimates Arifi's vote is invalid, we go back to zero. Point zero means the moment the Hoti Government was created and should start from the moment Albin Kurti was a task leader. In my opinion, Kurti returns to the post prime minister's post”, Kryeziu said of Periscope.

Although convicted, Arifi had voted in favour of forming government Hoti at the June 3rd session.

Kosovo's Constitution in Article 70 has predicted that one of the ways of losing the MP's mandate is the almighty one or more years in prison.

MP Arifi was sentenced to 1 year and 3 months in prison by the Court of Appeals for subsidies fraud.

Etem Arifi was convicted after having as deputy from the Ashkali Party for Integration in the Republic of Kosovo Parliament, he has been influenced by the officials of the Ministry of Labour and Social Goods for granting subsidies, even though he has known that this NGO is an illegal organisation and thanks to its influence the NGO in question has accepted from the Ministry of Labour and Social Goods, and by the Prime Minister's Office for the Day of the Flag for the Ashka money community at the value of 25,64 euros./ P ERISCOPI/
