To all mentioned, criminal proceedings have been initiated, writes dpa.de.
After consulting with the public prosecutor's office, security deposits of seven travellers were collected with various amounts, each at three-story altitudes, broadcast albinfo.ch.
Six of the accused four citizens of Northern Macedonia and two Albanian citizens, according to police, had violated the right to stay short in Germany.
As part of so-called tourist privileges, as citizens of third countries, they would be allowed to stay in the Schengen area no more than 90 days after entering the country, albinfo.ch conveys. Meanwhile, they had exceeded this permitted length of stay up to 200 days.
In the case of two citizens of Northern Macedonia, based on stamps on their passports, police have found that they had entered Germany without any residence permits.
Inspecting a Kosovo woman and her son, the officers noted that their actual residence permit had expired just a day before the inspection.
