Gashi sharply with Osman: It is democratic to block state by vote

The incumbent head of the Government of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, is desperately seeking to vote on the budget for 2021 before the Kosovo Assembly is distributed, with the aim of avoiding a full collapse of the state.

Starting with such urgency, today LDK chief of deputies Arben Gashi has prosecuted in the Kosovo Assembly, the requirement for extraordinary session for Monday, and in which the budget for 2021 will be voted.

However, such a request has been prosecuted in the Office of the Speaker of the Parliament, arguing that nothing has arrived in her office until 1600.

“Parliament Speaker Dr. Vjosa Osmani has not received a request for an extraordinary session until 1600x1>, Kupina told Express.

In response to the Parliament's leadership's move, Gazeta Express has spoken the session application handover, Arben Gashi.

Gashi has said such an approach is blocking the overall stability of the state under the circumstances in which Kosovo is located.

This approach reflects a rejection and blocking approach to the process of central economic, social and political stability, in an unprecedented global and local crisis period, such as adoption of the state budget”, Gashi told Express.

The chief of LDK deputies says it is not democratic, nor institucional to block the state with the aim of electoral benefits.

Kosovo's subx0> entry into the electoral benefit crisis is non-Islamic and undemocratic logic. Speaker of the Parliament, Mrs. Osmani must keep in mind that the application signed by 46 MPs does not need to be reviewed, but only to prosecute and inform MPs”, he added further.

Substantial sections can be sought in crisis, in state of war, and in other particular situations. There is no time, nor time, that can be averted. Now the Assembly has no position and opposition. We all have equal responsibilities. We have applied for Kosovo not to be left without Buzhet. If others disagree, then they bear the responsibility of blocking the central processes with direct consequences to the overall welfare in the country!”, Gashi has concluded.

So far, the Democratic Party of Kosovo has indicated they will vote on the budget for 2021. By economic experts, full collapse has been warned if the Parliament breaks down without the 2021 budget being voted. The Democratic League of Kosovo has demanded that an extraordinary session for the budget vote and several international agreements be held at 11:00 on Monday.
