Hundreds of vaccine doses against COVID-19 is suspected of no longer being used in a hospital in Great Britain, as the refrigerator device that conservatived them suffered a defect.
Harborough Hospital in Rusten, Northamptonshire, had about 975 doses of Pfizer vaccine, which, as it has been said, must be preserved at a temperature -75 degrees Celsius.
The health center was selected as one of the clinics that should be vaccinated against the coronary for people over 80 years.
Some patients received the vaccine Wednesday at the hospital, but others who stood in line on the following day were informed that there were no doses left.
The exact number of doses of the vaccine that have been lost by this breakdown is still unclear.
