Two years from the formation of Kosovo Army

The adopted laws were the Defence Ministry Bill, the Kosovo Security Force Bill and the Kosovo Security Force Service Bill. Law amendments were voted one by one.
Serb deputies in the Kosovo Parliament did not attend the session, as they opposed the formation of the Kosovo Army.
Kosovo institutions' leaders, voting and adopting laws for the military described as a historic “day and one of the most important decisions since Kosovo's 2008 declaration of independence”.
