Police suggest 26-year-old Prela was a FNSH Police Officer Shkodra.
A tight investigative group of top criminal police experts from the Department of Criminal Police and DVP Lezha has been established for the dawning of the event, under the leadership of the Prosecutor's Office, where work on clarifying the circumstances of the event, aimed at identifying and apprehending authors, the TCh reports.
Local Lezha Police Directorate Services, backed by FNSH Shkodra and Special Forces R ENEA, they have set up checkpoints and are controlling the area for escorting suspected persons as authors of the event or who may be aware of the event.
