Rudi has called this parliamentary debate in the Assembly to discuss the needs of disabled people, as well as to adopt a resolution.
“A year in a row, I've been carried across stairs, I've already been able to move through the elevator to get inside the Assembly Hall”, Rudi said.
The “I call on all institutions to offer access to persons with limited abilities, otherwise violate law”, he added.
“I have requested this parliamentary debate, that the Parliament discuss limited rights, to know where they stand with law enforcement, to adopt a resolution on the progress of rights for disabled persons”. /Periscope.
