What is Fast Kosova, Kosovo Police's newest special unit

A week ago a police action was conducted in Prizren. There, a specialised Kosovo Police unit, manages to arrest three people. They are suspected to be part of a criminal gang in Albania, which over the years have carried out various assassinations leaving some people dead.

It is about Indri Tulain, a person with a criminal precedent in Albania, known as a member of the Durres Band.

All this operation at the request of the Albanian authorities I realise the police unit called “Fast Kosova”. The same operation was carried out several days ago in Pristina.

A group of three Moroccans, suspected of being beheaded by a man in Bosnia and Herzegovina, were arrested here.

This police unit was also effective in the following year, conducting a series of operations, and managing to arrest some wanted by various countries.

But what exactly is this unit?

The T7 has requested clarification by Kosovo Police in connection with the work this police unit did. But the same haven't answered. The data on this entity does not even have on the Kosovo Police site, where it describes the role of almost every police department.

But security system connoisseurs estimate that this police unit is well prepared. This unit is made up of a number of young people who, according to connoisseurs, have been trained abroad. This unit is based in the Kosovo Police General Directorate.

While its official name is “Ekipi for active search for silversmiths”.
