His reaction comes after the Constitutional Court's decision to overthrow the Hoti Government.
The consensual democracy is the result of the proportional electoral system, we either have to get used to consensual policymaking or we have to change this electoral system.
If we can't have consensus policymaking, elections won't be periodic like any sustainable democracy every four years. But, we'll have a democracy of frequent elections every year.
