Behram made such a sound through His Facebook, who says he took the consent of family members to this decision.
“Today in consultation with the family, I decided that the means that I am entitled to from 10% of my retirement savings in the Trust, to dedicate the fund for the protection of Hashim Thaci and the KLA at The Hague”, it is said in his post.
This foundation is aimed at supporting former President Thaci's legal protection, providing financial support for the expenses of his judicial process in The Hague.
Former President Thaci, along with former KLA leaders Kadri Veselini and Rexhep Selimi, are being charged by the specialised war crimes prosecutor.
However, the board of this foundation has said it will address public opinion about the fund in question to provide additional clarifications.
