New developments: Kosovo-Serbia dialogue to include Madeleine Albright

Washington University Professor Johns Hopkins, Daniel Serwer, said the former head of American diplomacy, Madeleine Albright, would be involved in dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina on behalf of the future US administration.
