“If Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq publicly declares that he will not recognise Kosovo during his mandate, then Kosovo's presence in any dialogue with Serbia makes no sense.
This Serbian president's statement is open conditioning on dialogue, while all the time it has been promoted by mediators that dialogue should be conducted without condition. Kosovo can't even dare become part of a dialogue process where double standards” are applied, Deliu wrote.

If Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq publicly declares that he will not recognise Kosovo during his mandate, then Kosovo's presence in any dialogue with Serbia makes no sense.
This Serbian president's statement is open conditioning on dialogue, while all the time it has been promoted by mediators that dialogue should be conducted without condition. Kosovo cannot even dare to become part of a dialogue process where double standards are implemented.
However, that reaction is, simply, to bear in mind Serbia's continued incorrigibly behaviour, in relation to dialogue, which would have to be seen as a concern by the mediators of this process. Otherwise, Kosovo will follow the directive for a single dialogue that epilogue has mutual recognition and Kosovo's right to become a member of free nations at the UN.
