The video published by Telegrafi can see that the other policeman just stands by looking at his colleague.
It is not known why girls have been detained, nor the reason for such reactions by members of the Kosovo Police.
Also in the videos are random passersby who don't react, but the policeman is constantly screaming, “you cow me?
